This Memorial Day, while many Americans took a moment to reflect on sacrifice, service, and unity, President Donald Trump logged on to Truth Social to do what he’s made a defining feature of his presidency: attack, ridicule, and obsess.

This time it wasn’t just policy critics. It was musicians, Harvard University, NPR, and—once again—former President Joe Biden.

This isn’t new behavior. But it’s worth asking again: Is this what presidential leadership looks like in 2025?
